**Website & Graphic Design Project Manager** A talented and motivated individual is sought to lead the delivery of the organisation's communications strategy, leveraging the latest web and design technologies and trends. **About the Role** We are a unique all-island economic development agency with over 25 years of experience supporting thousands of SMEs. We are seeking a Website and Graphic Design Project Manager to join our dynamic and high-performing Communications team. **Key Responsibilities** * Create visually appealing and user-friendly website and graphic design that achieves impact across our communication channels, aligns with our brand identity, and helps us achieve our corporate communications ambitions. * Lead on the delivery of all website development for Inter Trade Ireland, collaborating closely with colleagues in the Communications, Digitalisation, and Programme teams, as well as external website, digital, and creative agencies. * Act as internal brand guardian, helping to shape our brand strategy and visual identity, establishing and implementing design standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes across the organisation. **Requirements** * A third-level qualification in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. * A minimum of three years' experience leading on the development and delivery of website design and development projects, including working with internal and external stakeholders. * A minimum of three years' experience leading on the development and delivery of brand and graphic design projects, including experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Canva, and Biteable. * Demonstrable experience managing complex web form development, including integration with CRM systems. * Experience with content management systems (such as Craft and Word Press) and other relevant web technologies, combined with a strong understanding of UX/UI and visual design principles and proficiency in using Google Analytics. **What We Offer** * 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). * Flexible working arrangements, including flexi-time and a mix of office and remote working. * An attractive pension package. * A progressive environment that will support your professional growth and personal development. * Family-friendly policies with a focus on health and wellbeing. * An inclusive working environment with colleagues who are committed to our core values of being flexible, supportive, and honest.
