Our Client is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Wedding, Event & Digital Executive. In this exciting role, you will support the Sales and Marketing Manager in managing and enhancing the online presence for three properties, while also coordinating wedding and event enquiries for our 4* Hotel. You will be the first point of contact for wedding enquiries, responsible for ensuring seamless communication and arranging show-arounds to give potential clients an unforgettable experience of our stunning venue.Responsibilities:Co-ordinating enquiries, bookings and all other administration within the Wedding and Events department.Assisting with all meetings and events held on-site from enquiry stage to final booking.Following up on all enquiries to obtain maximum bookings with the Wedding & Events and Sales Manager.Assisting in the development of the business needs of the company.Assisting with show rounds of the facilities and client meetings to finalise details of events.Updating files and ensuring all correspondence is current.Representing the company for some out-of-hours/weekend events.Assisting with administration duties for senior management.Promoting the facilities on social media platforms, ensuring accuracy and updating content.Understanding and updating the websites, promotions, offers, seasonal postings, etc.Performing any other occasional duties in relation to managing events, Wedding Fayre, Christmas Party nights, etc.The nature of the role requires flexibility, incorporating morning, evening, and occasional weekend shifts.Please note, we are only accepting applications from persons who have the permission/right to live and work without restriction in Ireland.For full details, please contact Richard at 086-8333677 or send your CV to richard@rlconsult.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
