Job Description
Main purpose of the role: Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively, providing customers with excellent service and fresh food offerings in a clean and safe environment during weekends. Deliver key store targets through effective management of people and operations.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service facing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience balancing cash/tills
- Highly driven with strong work ethic
- Understanding of achieving KPIs and targets
- Commerciality and brand awareness
- Passion for grocery retail
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, multi-task under pressure
- Ability to organize work, delegate responsibilities and support team members
Main duties:

- Liaise with weekday management/supervisors on changes to layouts
- Set standard for employees in rotation, merchandising and facing off
- Assist in induction, training and development of employees
- Deal with customer queries efficiently and professionally
