Our Safety Specialists play an integral part in making this happen. **Key Responsibilities:** • Monitor site performance against set KPIs and create plans to improve processes • Set up workplace health and safety programmes and arrange training sessions • Analyse safety metrics and incident trends to help colleagues plan appropriate resources for areas with the highest risk • Carry out audits to make sure your site is compliant with relevant health and safety laws and implement solutions where you identify risks **A Day in the Life:** You'll be based on location at one of our sites, which could be one of our fulfilment centres, sortation centres or delivery stations. Being on site means that you can keep a close eye on the processes. As well as helping us stay on top of health and safety compliance, you'll spot potential issues and identify opportunities for improvement. **About the Team:** Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) plays a crucial role in keeping our people mentally and physically well at work. Our team works with managers, associates and local governments across our sites, making sure we're complying with Amazon's policies and legal regulations, and that our workplaces are safe. **Requirements:** • Education to a degree level • NEBOSH Diploma / NVQ5 Level or Equivalent qualification • Understanding of Irish Environment, health and safety legislation • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English **Preferred Qualifications:** • Experience with Lean, 5 S and Kaizen methodologies • Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
