Job Description
Monitor site performance, create safety plans, set up health and safety programmes, analyse safety metrics, conduct audits and implement solutions to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor site performance against set KPIs and create plans to improve processes
- Set up workplace health and safety programmes and arrange training sessions
- Analyse safety metrics and incident trends to help colleagues plan appropriate resources for areas with the highest risk
- Carry out audits to make sure your site is compliant with relevant health and safety laws and implement solutions where you identify risks
You'll be based on location at one of our sites, working closely with people across the business to identify smarter and safer ways of working.

Workplace Health and Safety plays a crucial role in keeping our people mentally and physically well at work.
The team works with managers, associates and local governments across our sites, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and legal regulations, and maintaining safe workplaces.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education to a degree level
- NEBOSH Diploma / NVQ5 Level or Equivalent qualification
- Understanding of Irish Environment, health and safety legislation
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Lean, 5 S and Kaizen methodologies
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
