**Windows Systems Security Engineer** A highly skilled Windows System Administrator is sought to lead the implementation of security enhancements for a healthcare network of 2,500 users across multiple sites. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement security enhancements in a project-based environment * Collaborate with system stakeholders and IT teams to enhance the security environment * Develop and maintain system security policies and procedures * Conduct security audits and risk assessments * Implement and manage access control systems * Ensure compliance with IT security standards and regulations * Collaborate with teams to develop and implement incident response plans * Conduct training and awareness programs for end-users **Requirements:** * 6+ years' experience in IT with relevant education and certification * Strong background in Windows System Administration * Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Intune, PowerShell, and Microsoft PKI/Certificate Services * Experience with IT security in an enterprise Microsoft Windows environment * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with 2-3 days per week in-office **Company Overview:** We are a leading provider of IT services to the healthcare industry, committed to delivering exceptional solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
