Job Description

Key Responsibilities:•System Management: Oversee the daily operations of Workday Document Management & Portal functions, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.•User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Workday Document Management & Portal queries and issues. Provide expert guidance, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues as necessary.•Data Management: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data within Workday. Perform regular data audits, clean-ups, and updates to ensure high data quality standards.•Configuration and Optimization: Configure and optimize Workday Document Management & Portal modules to meet the evolving needs of the business. Implement enhancements, workflows, and new features as required.•Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to understand their needs and ensure they are met through effective use of Workday. Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams.•Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Workday Document Management & Portal functions. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and FAQs.•Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor system performance, user adoption, and data accuracy. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.•Compliance and Security: Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards. Maintain robust security protocols to protect sensitive HR data.•Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest developments in Workday and HR technology. Proactively suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.Skill Requirements:•Workday certification in relevant modules is preferred.•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Workday HR modules.•Experience in managing / developing Document Management solutions and Portals.•Proven experience in HR technology support and data management.•Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and analytics.•Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
