Workday Financials Integrations Engineer
Design, develop, and maintain custom integrations between Workday Financials and other internal/external systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain products.
- Take full stack ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable code.
- Consistently create optimal design adhering to architectural best practices, considering scalability, reliability, and performance of systems/contexts affected.
- Perform analysis on failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements.
- Makes sound design/coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront.
- Takes feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards.
- Conducts code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development procedures.
- Accountable for ensuring all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Five to six years of relevant experience.
- Good English level both Verbal and Written.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience as a Workday Financials Integrations Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Workday tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services, and Workday Cloud Connect.
- Experience with data integration techniques such as APIs (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, and other middleware platforms.
- Extensive Workday Financials experience, prior implementation experience is a plus.
- Workday Extend, Accounting Center & Prism experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PL/SQL, Python, Shell scripting) is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline and Git Hub is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Visio.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Demonstrating knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
- Understanding of Agile tools such as JIRA and Zephyr.
- Comfortable engaging with 3rd parties such as upstream or downstream application teams, business line SME's, cross-functional workstreams, etc.
