Workday Integration Developer Job Type:Permanent Location:Dublin, Ireland (Fully onsite - Monday to Friday at customer site). The Role Manage operations of Workday integrations catering payroll, benefits, and relevant IT systems data globally. Supervise Workday operations team. Design and implement new Workday integrations and enhance existing integrations using APIs, Core Connectors, EIBs, Payroll Interfaces, and Workday Studio. Develop custom reports (Advanced and Matrix mostly) for HR users using Workday Report Writer. Collaborate closely with teams from around the world and use EMEA and APAC to understand business requirements and develop technical specifications. Drive root cause analysis and resolution of critical issues in Workday integrations. Conduct weekly and monthly operations review meetings with relevant stakeholders. Identify, strategize, and implement process improvements in Workday integrations and reports. Conduct bi-annual Workday upgrade testing using SMART Kainos Test Manager. Stand as the first point of contact for escalations and communicate effectively and consistently with customers. Your Profile Key skills/knowledge/experience: Relevant proven hands-on experience in Workday Integrations (APIs, Core Connectors, EIBs, Payroll Interfaces) Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good technical documentation and handover skills. Extensive experience with the followingWorkday Reporting, Workday HCM, Workday Studio, XML / XSLT / HTML, SOAP / REST APIs. Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
