Key Responsibilities:Design and oversee the build of new and modified integrations as a part of the wider technology teamCo-ordinate and own deliverables with internal and external downstream systemsManage relationships with sender/receiver groupsIntegrations developmentProduce required architectural diagrams and proposalsAccountable for producing integrations documentation and diagramsTroubleshoot issues and lead resolution of issues working with teams across interconnected platformsWork with business partners to gather requirements for enhancements to existing integrations and delivery of new integrations as approved as part of the program scopeDevelop cutover plan for integrations and minimize interruption to existing integrations and users on WorkdayRegularly maintain awareness of new updates to the system and effectively communicate appropriate information to impacted stakeholdersSkill Requirements:Strong Workday integrations development and support experienceExperience of creating/supporting Workday integrations of multiple types: Core connectors, RaaS, EIBs, Studio, BIRTGood working knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc)Proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLTUnderstanding of HCM functionality and Workday integration good practicesAbility to understand business requirements and turn into clear deliverablesExcellent technical understanding of SAAS platforms including integrations, security standards and dataDelivery and customer focusedStrong risk awareness skills and management of riskCreative solutioning and strong problem-solving skills with agility for fast and simple solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
