Job Description
Seeking a Working Foreman with 3+ years of construction management experience to lead high-end residential projects in Dublin 4, valued between €500k - €5m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with onsite team, including subcontractors, engineers, and management, to coordinate and manage all onsite activities.
- Plan and supervise site setup, ensuring necessary facilities are in place before project launch.
- Ensure adherence to HSEQS protocols on sites at all times.
- Uphold quality control procedures consistently and report findings to Regional Director.
Requirements:
- Trades qualified in Carpentry or Similar.
- 3+ years experience in construction management.
