Job Description
Seeking a Working Foreman with 3+ years of construction management experience to lead high-end residential projects in Dublin 4, valued between €500k - €5m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with onsite team to coordinate and manage activities
- Plan and supervise site setup, ensuring necessary facilities are in place
- Adhere to HSEQS protocols and uphold quality control procedures
Requirements:
- Trades qualified in Carpentry or Similar
- 3+ years experience in construction management
