Working Foreman A well-established Small Main Contractor in Dublin is seeking a Working Foreman with over 3 years of experience in construction management to work on Residential Projects. The successful working foreman willrun High-end housing Projects in Dublin 4. Role: Foreman will collaborate closely with the onsite team, including subcontractors, engineers, and management, to coordinate and manage all onsite activities. Planning and supervising the setup of the site, ensuring that necessary facilities are in place before the project launch. Taking responsibility for the adherence to HSEQS protocols on sites at all times. Foreman will be responsible for upholding quality control procedures consistently and reporting findings to the Regional Director. Requirements: Trades qualified in Carpentry or Similar. 3+ years experience in construction management.
