We are embracing the hybrid working model, and all our roles facilitate this, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining close connections with our team and clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead investigator across a range of workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations * Prepare project reports and related outputs to Director or Partner level for final stage review * Contribute to other programmes of work, such as training, recruitment, and other HR projects * Support business development activities, including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns, and delivering successful client pitches * Coach and support more junior members of the team * Contribute to the financial and commercial management of the unit, including forecasting, raising invoices, debtor management, WIP, and budget management **Ideal Candidate** * Extensive experience in carrying out workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations * Knowledge/experience of broader employee relations, employment law, and HR topics * Experience in managing a team while simultaneously delivering multiple assignments to a diverse client-base * Excellent report writing skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications * Ability to foster trusted relationships with clients and intermediaries, combined with strong commercial acumen and expertise * Good work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and approach to work
