Lead Workplace Investigator role for a dynamic team, requiring extensive experience in workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations.

About the Role

  • Act as a lead investigator across a range of workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations.
  • Prepare project reports and related outputs to Director or Partner level for final stage review.
  • Contribute to other programmes of work, such as training, recruitment, and other HR projects.
  • Support business development activities, including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns, and delivering successful client pitches.
  • Coach and support more junior members of the team.
  • Contribute to the financial and commercial management of the unit, including forecasting, raising invoices, debtor management, WIP, and budget management.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Extensive experience in carrying out workplace investigations and protected disclosure investigations.
  • Knowledge/experience of broader employee relations, employment law, and HR topics.
  • Experience in managing a team while simultaneously delivering multiple assignments to a diverse client-base.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to foster trusted relationships with clients and intermediaries, combined with strong commercial acumen and expertise.
  • A good work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and approach to work.
