Job Description

Job Summary: This role involves working with a team in Dublin to prepare and maintain Linde equipment, adhering to safety and environmental policies, and ensuring accurate paperwork and IT systems.

Working in our Dublin branch, this role will be working with the team, prepping new machines, repairs, and maintenance of a full variety of Linde equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To prepare FLT's to the standard required for STR rental and USED sales, with all that this entails, and order the necessary spare parts as efficiently as possible.
  • To adhere to all company H&S and Environmental and site policies, procedures, and practices and ensure we operate in an environmentally safe workplace.
  • Ensure K1SS and all paperwork/IT systems are completed accurately and within the stipulated time period and with the relevant order numbers.
  • Liaise with management for authorization of parts and process order numbers accordingly.
  • Work independently without constant supervision.
  • To ensure all allocated work is adhered to and to notify Manager if in arrears.
  • Ensure that the specified Engineering Standards and Safe Working Practices and all Company Policies and Procedures are followed at all times.
  • To ensure that all stock levels/movement records are accurate and correct.
  • Ensure all company issued equipment is kept in a satisfactory condition and report any failures.
  • To take on any reasonable additional duties as required by the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent associated occupation.
  • Electrical hydraulic and/or mechanical competencies.
