As a Workshop Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our company by ensuring the availability and reliability of our equipment and vehicles. You will be responsible for conducting planned preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and working closely with our technical service engineers. Responsibilities/Duties: Perform planned preventive maintenance. Resolve technical problems efficiently. Collaborate with technical service engineers. Repair, test, and maintain FLT equipment. Cultivate and sustain customer relationships. Utilize the company IT system. Adhere to company H&S, Environmental policies, and safety standards. Identify, diagnose, and rectify faults in customer FLTs, ordering necessary spare parts promptly. Ensure vehicle and equipment maintenance per company guidelines. Obtain authorization for parts and process orders from first-line management. Work independently and proactively without constant supervision. Fulfill any additional duties as required. Requirements: IT: Knowledge of relevant IT-systems within the area of responsibility. Excellent customer service skills. Health & Safety knowledge. Use of diagnostic fault finding equipment and IT capability essential Excellent customer service skills. Related Trade Qualification & Certification in Mechanical & Electrical beneficial but not essential. FETAC Level 7 or equivalent.
