As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting planned maintenance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with technical service engineers.
Responsibilities:
Perform planned preventive maintenance
Resolve technical problems efficiently
Collaborate with technical service engineers
Repair, test, and maintain FLT equipment
Cultivate and sustain customer relationships
Adhere to company policies and safety standards
Requirements:
IT system knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Health & Safety knowledge
Use of diagnostic fault finding equipment and IT capability
Related Trade Qualification and Certification
FETAC Level 7 or equivalent
