Job Description
Experienced workshop manager required to oversee service department in expanding company based in East Galway.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining repair and service records on company vehicles
- Delegating work to technicians with required skill sets
- Discussing job performance with employees to identify causes and issues
- Managing employee hours, workshop expenses, and inventory
- Directing and communicating customer needs to service department
- Verifying completed services
- Learning and maintaining product knowledge on company and competitor products
- Answering customer questions and building trusting relationships
- Preparing accurate estimates and billing for customers and company work
**Salary:** €45-€55k + pension + bonus + overtime (if applicable)
Requirements: Workshop management experience and strong communication skills
