Seeking a Full-time Yard Assistant to join our team in Mallow, County Cork, responsible for operating a forklift, serving customers, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Job Description
- Operate a forklift on a day-to-day basis, serving customers and handling stock deliveries.
- Keep the store clean and tidy, including goods-inwards, handling deliveries, and maintaining store presentation.
- Deliver best-in-class service to customers, providing expert advice on products and adhering to policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular stock taking, including daily cycle counting and stock counts.
- Be flexible across a range of departments and maintain the highest standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Learner's permit/full driver's license required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not essential.
- Experience within the Agri sector/Builders provider/Hardware would be an advantage but not essential.
- Be prepared to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment with a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to be flexible when the occasion demands it.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player.
