Job description Hertz Rent a Car are currently recruiting for a Yard Manager for their off airport location.
Based at the maintenance centre at Dublin Airport.
This hands-on role will be focused on proactively recruit, train, and develop junior staff.
While supporting the current shift leaders and duty managers.
Role Involves: 1.
Training and developing of Car Valetors and Drivers.
2.
Implementing quality control measures to ensure all vehicles are at company standards.
3.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
4.
Complete daily tasks and checklists, conduct audits to ensure quality is to a high standard.
5.
Ensuring the safety and security protocols are being followed at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Fluency in spoken and written English A friendly, upbeat, and proactive attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Organisational and Planning Skills Openness to working flexible schedules including weekends if required.Previous experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in cars, hospitality experience would be an advantage.
