Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registrar in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry to join our team in Dublin South, Kildare and West Wicklow Community Healthcare Organisation. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing services to adolescents with drug and alcohol issues. Key responsibilities include working with a Consultant Psychiatrist, Family Therapist, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and counsellor to deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for working with vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing medical care and support to adolescents with drug and alcohol issues
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care
- Participating in clinical decision-making and developing treatment plans
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to inform patient care
- Staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based treatments in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
