Key responsibilities include leading the team, training and developing staff, hiring new members, ordering stock, and continuously improving sales and standards. The ideal candidate will have customer focus, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service. They will have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial position, with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and respect for colleagues and customers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all HACCP documentation is up to date and excel in annual health and safety audits.
