Job Description

Asset Lifecycle Management Engineer We are resourcing an Asset Lifecycle Management Engineer for a new facility project at a leading client’s biotech facility in Dublin. Reporting to the site’s Asset Lifecycle SME, this role will act as a main point of contact for all project-related Asset Lifecycle Management activities, including execution of Asset Criticality Assessments, Managing the Collation and Verification of Asset Data, Impact Assessment of Project Change Controls and ensuring equipment handover meets the site’s expected specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities: * Facilitation of Asset criticality assessments * Impact assessment of project change controls from and Asset Management perspective. * Completion of asset data build and transfer to CMMS team for upload. * Ensure handover requirements are met from an Asset Mgmt. and Reliability perspective. * Ensure standards of asset set up and handover of data and documentation are of the highest standard and will work to monitor adherence to site and global procedures from an Asset Management and Engineering perspective. Qualifications & Experience: * Engineering qualification with minimum 8-10 years’ experience, preferably in Projects/Asset Management. * Project Engineering/ Commissioning experience required, ideally on large capital projects. * Strong understanding of all aspects of project delivery, equipment handover and asset management. * The ability to communicate to and manage diverse stakeholder groups. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-moving project environment.
