SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Advisor Dublin Up to £55,000 Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Advisor to join their team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with SHEQ regulations and standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety within electronic security operations. Key Responsibilities: * Safety Management: Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. * Health Compliance: Conduct risk assessments and health audits, providing recommendations and action plans to mitigate health risks. * Environmental Stewardship: Promote sustainable practices and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards. * Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality management systems, ensuring the highest standards in all aspects of service delivery and product performance. * Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant legislation and industry standards, ensuring the company remains compliant. * Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee awareness and competence in SHEQ matters. * Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. * Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on SHEQ performance, incidents, and compliance, presenting findings to senior management. * Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all SHEQ areas, encouraging innovation and best practices. * Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote SHEQ initiatives and ensure effective communication. Qualifications & Experience: * Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field. * Professional Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification in health and safety. * Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a SHEQ role, preferably within the electronic security or a related industry. * Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SHEQ regulations, standards, and best practices. * Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive change. * IT Proficiency: Competent in using SHEQ management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Key Competencies: * Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing SHEQ records and reports. * Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve SHEQ objectives. * Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and environments. * Proactive Approach: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
